Office Assistant in Bayan, Africa
We are in need of a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Bayan, Africa. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient and smooth daily operations. Your main tasks will include managing office supplies, maintaining office cleanliness, and assisting with basic bookkeeping. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask effectively. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Order and manage office supplies
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and invoice preparation
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes during meetings
- Assist with travel arrangements for employees when necessary
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position located in Bayan, Africa. The working hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. We offer a salary of 1100$ per month without accommodation.
