Administrative Coordinator - Lusail, Qatar
We are in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings and arranging interviews
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies when needed
- Act as a point of contact for all employees, clients, and visitors
- Arrange travel arrangements and accommodations for employees as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month. We offer visa sponsorship for Indian nationals but accommodation is not provided.
