Handyman Supervisor

We are a reputable company based in Medina, looking for a skilled and experienced Handyman Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair work, with the ability to lead a team of handymen and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.

As a Handyman Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our maintenance department. This includes assigning tasks to handymen, ensuring that all work is carried out according to safety protocols, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring new handymen as needed.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively delegate tasks to their team. They must also have strong problem-solving abilities and be able to think on their feet when faced with unexpected challenges. A good understanding of building codes and regulations is also necessary for this role.

In addition to your supervisory duties, you will also be expected to perform hands-on maintenance work as needed. This may include plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and other general maintenance tasks. Therefore, previous experience in these areas is essential.

This position is suitable for men who are physically fit and able to handle the demands of manual labor. Accommodation will be provided for the right candidate if required.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
- Strong background in maintenance and repair work
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead and supervise a team
- Proficient in various maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting etc.
- Good understanding of building codes and regulations
- Physically fit and able to handle manual labor
- Indian or Malayalee nationality preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this position.
