Sales Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and opportunities
- Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our products/services
- Train and mentor sales team members to ensure high performance
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, production, etc.) to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics
- Must have a valid biometric passport for travel purposes
