Office Assistant
We are seeking a capable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Muharraq. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of our office and providing administrative support to our team. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized office space
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing mail for shipment
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, tracking expenses, and reconciling receipts
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related administrative role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and other relevant software programs
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is preferred but not required
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
This position offers a salary of 1600$ per month along with accommodation. Visa sponsorship is also available for suitable candidates. This role is open to both men and women.
