Construction Project Manager



Our construction company in Jizan is seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our projects. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all aspects of the construction process. This includes managing budgets, schedules, resources, and quality control to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines in collaboration with the client and team members.
- Manage project budgets and ensure projects are completed within budget constraints.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect progress and quality of work.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Review contracts with clients and negotiate any necessary changes or additions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders including clients, team members, contractors, and management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project.
- Biometric passport is required for international travel.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position. Accommodation is not provided.
