Office Assistant in Medina, Saudi Arabia


A reputable company in Medina, Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly motivated and efficient Office Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong organizational and administrative skills to grow and develop in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team of professionals. Your main duties will include managing office tasks, organizing files and documents, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies. You will also be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails, and providing general office support as needed.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. You should also have strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Manage office tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Organize documents and maintain proper record-keeping
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Answer phone calls, take messages and respond to emails
- Provide general office support as needed
- Assist with preparing reports or presentations for meetings
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience working in an administrative role is preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail with high accuracy levels
- Must be based in Medina or willing to relocate

Salary:
$1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Working Hours:
Sunday - Thursday (8:00am - 5:00pm)
