Responsibilities include assisting the Head Chef with menu creation, managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety standards are met, and overseeing food inventory and ordering. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for creating unique and delicious dishes.
