Truck Driver

We are hiring a skilled Truck Driver to transport goods and materials across various locations in Nizwa. The ideal candidate must have a valid driver's license and at least 2 years of experience in truck driving. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a variety of trucks, loading and unloading cargo, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive trucks to transport goods and materials to designated locations
- Secure cargo for transportation to prevent damage or loss
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and inventory
- Communicate with dispatchers, customers, and other drivers to coordinate routes and schedules
- Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum of 2 years experience in truck driving
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in varying weather conditions
- Must be detail-oriented with good time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience driving long distances or hauling oversized loads
- Familiarity with GPS devices and electronic logging systems
- Prior experience in the transportation industry or logistics sector

Salary: $1600 per month with accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship is available for non-Omani candidates.
