Experienced Barista for Indian Coffee Shop in Sharjah


We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team at an Indian coffee shop in Sharjah. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving various types of coffee and tea beverages, as well as maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about coffee and has experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee and tea beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee bar, tables, and equipment
- Keep track of inventory levels and restock items as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling transactions
- Educate customers on different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and other menu items
- Follow health and safety guidelines while handling food and drinks
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, latte art techniques, etc.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or Malayalam is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Must have a valid UAE residence visa (sponsorship can be provided if required)
- Freshers with relevant experience or training may also apply

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

Location:
The job is based in Sharjah. Preference will be given to candidates who are currently residing in Sharjah or nearby areas.
