Floral Designer



As a Floral Designer for our flower shop in Bayan, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for our clients. Your creativity and eye for detail will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the reputation of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, etc.
- Select the appropriate flowers, foliage, and other materials based on the client's preferences and event theme
- Arrange flowers in an aesthetically pleasing manner while considering color combinations, textures, and shapes
- Ensure all arrangements are delivered on time and in perfect condition
- Maintain inventory of flowers, supplies, and tools to ensure availability for upcoming events
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design to offer innovative ideas to clients

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Creativity and artistic ability to design visually appealing arrangements
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, foliage, and their care instructions
- Excellent time management skills to meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if required

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1400$ per month along with other benefits.
