Executive Chef
We are seeking an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team in Dar Kulaib. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu creation, food preparation, and staff management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create innovative menus that meet the needs and preferences of our guests
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on food preparation techniques, sanitation practices, and safety standards
- Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate supplies are available for daily operations
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation to exceed guest expectations
- Monitor kitchen budget and control costs by minimizing waste and ensuring efficient use of resources
- Collaborate with other department heads to plan and execute special events or themed dinners
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques, cuisines, and ingredients
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a head chef or executive chef in a similar setting
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Able to handle high-pressure situations with ease
Salary: 1100$ per month
Location: Dar Kulaib
