Chef de Cuisine

As a Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations at our high-end restaurant in Dar Kulaib. You will be in charge of creating and executing menus, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and ensuring high-quality food production. You must have a strong understanding of culinary techniques and be able to lead and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff. Your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the success of our restaurant. Previous experience as a chef in fine dining establishments is preferred. Salary is 1300$ per month plus benefits.
