Construction Project Manager


A reputable construction company in Bayan is seeking a highly qualified Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects in the area. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in the construction industry, as well as strong leadership and project management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Coordinate with local authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Manage project team members and delegate tasks accordingly
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the course of the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate and motivate team members
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in project management software

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. However, visa sponsorship will be available for qualified candidates.
