Construction Site Manager

As a Construction Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a construction project from start to finish. This includes managing the budget, scheduling and coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for ensuring safety protocols are followed on the site and resolving any issues that may arise during the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the construction project, including budget management, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
- Ensure that safety protocols are followed on the site at all times
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on the progress of the project
- Resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Manage and develop relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor project progress to ensure it is completed on time and within budget
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans and specifications
- Prepare reports detailing project progress, challenges, and resolutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or related field
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects within budget and on time
- Ability to read blueprints and other construction documents
- Proficient in MS Office suite and project management software

Location: Bayan, Kuwait

Salary: $1700 per month
