Job Title: Construction Project Manager
We are hiring a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Ar Rumaythiyah. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to scheduling and supervising. You will also work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines, budgets and resource allocation plans
- Establish project goals and objectives, ensuring they align with company objectives
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and suppliers to ensure project plans are executed accurately
- Monitor progress of construction projects, identifying any potential delays or issues and taking corrective action as needed
- Oversee site operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes and quality standards
- Prepare regular progress reports for management and clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
- No previous experience necessary; training will be provided
Salary: 1600$ per month
