Construction Manager


We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Construction Manager to oversee projects in Ar Rumaythiyah, ensuring timely and successful completion. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the highest quality of workmanship and adherence to project timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Develop project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Manage budgeting, cost control, and procurement of materials
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Communicate updates on project progress to stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Conduct quality control checks on workmanship and materials
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Provide leadership and direction to construction teams

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, procurement of materials
-Must be willing to relocate to Ar Rumaythiyah

Salary:
Salary for this position is $900 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Ar Rumaythiyah.

Preference:
We prefer candidates who are Indian nationals or have previous experience working in India. However, all qualified candidates are welcome to apply.
