Construction Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager for our company in Ar Rumaythiyah. As a Construction Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Your role will involve managing the construction team, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Manage and lead a team of construction workers, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure on-time completion
- Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues or conflicts
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Prepare regular reports on project status, including budget updates and timelines
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction process

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, suppliers, etc.
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$. We provide visa sponsorship for non-native candidates if required.
