Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including customer service, staff management, inventory control, and financial management.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by constantly monitoring service standards and addressing any issues promptly
- Train and supervise staff members to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment
- Oversee inventory control and ordering to ensure sufficient stock levels at all times
- Develop and implement cost-saving measures to increase profitability
- Monitor financial performance by analyzing sales figures and expenses, making adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with chefs to create seasonal menus that meet customer preferences and market trends
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant at all times
- Handle complaints or inquiries from customers in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of accounting principles for managing budgets
- Customer-oriented approach
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: 1400$ per month (tax-free)
