Land Surveyor



Position: Land Surveyor
Location: Bayan, Pakistan
Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable)

We are hiring a skilled and experienced land surveyor to join our team in Bayan, Pakistan. As a land surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other important information for construction projects. This is a part-time position without accommodation and with visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various methods such as GPS, total station, and traditional surveying equipment
- Analyze survey data to create detailed maps and reports
- Determine property boundaries and placement of structures or features on the land
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accurate placement of construction projects
- Communicate with clients to understand their project requirements
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to land use and development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a land surveyor
- Proficient in using GPS, total station, and other surveying equipment
- Knowledge of CAD software for mapping purposes
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
