As the Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other goods according to recipes and customer orders. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have previous baking experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Bake breads, pastries, and other goods in ovens or on grills
- Decorate cakes and pastries with icing, glazes, fruits, etc.
- Ensure all products are baked to perfection
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Keep track of inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Clean work areas and equipment after each use
- Follow food safety standards at all times
- Assist with customer orders and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Culinary degree or certificate preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker in a commercial kitchen setting
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail is a must
- Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends as needed
