Junior Baker

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Junior Baker to join our team in Dar Kulaib. As a Junior Baker, you will assist our experienced bakers in preparing and baking various types of bread, pastries, and cakes. Responsibilities:
- Assist in measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and icings
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers
- Monitor the baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection
- Decorate and finish products with fillings, glazes, toppings, and icings
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passion for baking and willingness to learn from experienced bakers
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Basic understanding of food safety principles
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Dar Kulaib (Preference given to Bahraini nationals)
