Job Title: Industrial Engineer


As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity. You will work closely with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions using various industrial engineering techniques such as time and motion studies, process mapping, and statistical analysis. Your role will also involve conducting research on new technologies and methods to enhance the manufacturing process. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules, monitoring equipment performance, and ensuring safety standards are met. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial engineering
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software such as Minitab or JMP
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodology
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with CAD software is a plus

Salary:
1500$ per month
