Industrial Engineer


Our company in Ar-Ruwais is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for maximizing efficiency and productivity in our manufacturing processes. You will work closely with various teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline operations.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze current production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Monitor production data and identify trends or issues that may impact productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and eliminate bottlenecks
- Conduct time studies and create work standards for production tasks
- Develop and maintain production schedules
- Oversee the implementation of new equipment or processes
- Train employees on new processes or equipment as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements in a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Pakistani nationality preferred

Salary: $900/month

Location: Ar-Ruwais, UAE (with accommodation provided)
