Head Baker

As a Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery in Muharraq. Your main role will be to lead a team of bakers and ensure the production of high-quality breads, pastries, and other baked goods. You will also be responsible for creating new recipes and menu items, managing inventory and ordering supplies, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of bakers to ensure efficient production of baked goods
- Create new recipes and menu items
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Oversee the baking process to maintain high-quality standards
- Train new employees on baking techniques and procedures
- Keep a clean and organized workspace at all times
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Monitor equipment maintenance and repairs as needed

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a baker or pastry chef
- Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
