Job Title: Restaurant Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al Buraymi. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, from managing staff and ensuring customer satisfaction to controlling costs and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all operations of the restaurant, including hiring, training, and supervising staff
- Create schedules and ensure proper staffing levels to meet customer demand
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards are met at all times
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Control costs by monitoring expenses, such as labor and food costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume establishment
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, budgeting, sales strategies, and customer service techniques
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve set goals
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English. Arabic is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with calmness and professionalism.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month depending on experience.

Location:
This position is based in Al Buraymi. Candidates must be willing to live in or relocate to Al Buraymi without accommodation provided.
