Seasonal Restaurant Manager
As a Seasonal Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Al Buraymi. You will ensure that all aspects of the restaurant, including food quality, customer service, and staff management, are meeting our high standards. This is a temporary position, perfect for someone with experience in the restaurant industry looking for seasonal work.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets company standards
- Manage and train staff on customer service and job duties
- Create schedules and assign tasks to employees
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure well
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Al Buraymi (this is not a remote position)
