A reputable business coaching company in Al-Khor is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Coach to join our team. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month, with free visa and ticket provided.

As a Business Coach, you will work closely with business owners and entrepreneurs from Pakistani and Egyptian backgrounds to help them achieve their goals and grow their businesses. Your main responsibilities will include conducting coaching sessions, developing personalized coaching plans, providing guidance on business strategies and best practices, and tracking progress towards goals.

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience as a Business Coach, preferably working with clients from Pakistani or Egyptian backgrounds. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients are essential for success in this position. You must also be able to work independently, manage your time effectively, and prioritize tasks.

This role requires someone who is results-driven and can motivate others to reach their full potential. You should have a deep understanding of business principles and practices, as well as the ability to identify areas for improvement and provide effective solutions. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
