We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Coach to join our team in Al-Khor. Nationality: Malayalee or Egyptian preferred

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business coaching or related field
- Strong understanding of various business industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and support individuals at all levels
- Knowledge of coaching techniques and methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred

Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with individuals at different stages of their career journey
- Create personalized development plans for each individual based on their goals and strengths
- Provide guidance, training, and support on various business topics such as leadership, strategy, marketing, etc.
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to help individuals achieve their goals
- Collaborate with other coaches and team members to continuously improve coaching strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in coaching
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Travel may be required for on-site coaching sessions
