Merchandiser - Retail Specialist
Location: Al-Khor, Qatar



As a Merchandiser - Retail Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the visual presentation and promotion of products in retail stores. Your primary goal will be to drive sales and increase brand awareness through effective merchandising strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute merchandising plans to showcase products in an attractive and organized manner
- Collaborate with store managers to ensure optimal product placement and availability
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
- Conduct market research to understand consumer trends and preferences
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improving product performance
- Train store staff on product features, benefits, and selling techniques
- Create eye-catching displays that highlight product features and promotions
- Ensure adherence to brand standards in all visual elements of the store
- Participate in new product launches and assist with promotional events as needed

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in retail merchandising or similar role
- Strong knowledge of merchandising techniques, principles, and best practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; experience with design software a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
