Office Assistant in Al-Kuwait
We are a reputable company in Al-Kuwait looking for a competent and efficient Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. They will be organized, self-motivated, and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain filing system
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
- Order office supplies and keep track of inventory
- Keep the office area clean and organized
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Office Assistant or Secretary are a plus
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Salary: $1200 per month
