Construction Project Manager
We are a construction company in Jeddah seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with various teams and contractors
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Prepare and submit project reports as required
- Hire and manage subcontractors as needed
- Participate in project meetings to provide updates and address any issues that arise

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, subcontractors, and team members
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus

We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this position. This is a full-time position based in Jeddah.
