Job Title: Head Baker - Indian Cuisine



Our busy bakery in Jeddah is seeking a skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of all baked goods, with a focus on Indian cuisine. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month, along with accommodation and visa sponsorship.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a professional baker, with a focus on Indian cuisine
- Strong knowledge and understanding of traditional Indian baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to lead and train a team of bakers
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset and ability to develop new recipes and ideas
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production of all baked goods, ensuring high quality standards are met at all times
- Train new bakers on traditional Indian baking techniques and our company's recipes
- Develop new recipes and ideas for our bakery's menu offerings
- Manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and rotation of products
- Collaborate with other departments to create desserts for special events or promotions
- Monitor baking equipment for any issues or malfunctions
- Adhere to food safety regulations at all times
