Entry-Level Barista

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Barista to join our team in Isa Town. As an Entry-Level Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and providing excellent customer service to our guests. No prior experience is required for this role, as we are willing to train the right candidate.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for coffee, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, we offer accommodation and visa sponsorship for non-local candidates. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in the coffee industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate cash register and handle payments accurately
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn new techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Basic math skills (for handling payments)

- Ability to stand for long periods of time

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
