Part-Time Office Assistant in Muharraq, Bahrain
We are seeking a part-time Office Assistant to join our team in Muharraq, Bahrain. As an Office Assistant, you will provide administrative and clerical support to the office staff and ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Prepare documents and reports as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Perform other general office duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The exact schedule will be discussed during the interview.
Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. Applicants must be able to commute to Muharraq for work.
