Office Assistant - Muharraq, Bahrain
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Muharraq, Bahrain. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well within a team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain office supplies and equipment by checking inventory levels and placing orders when necessary
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail for delivery
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for management team
- Keep track of employee attendance records and assist with payroll processing
- Assist with data entry, filing, photocopying, and other general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Office Assistant or Secretary are a plus
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Salary:
