We are a high-end restaurant located in Dar Kulaib, seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing desserts and pastries that meet our customers' expectations. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a passion for creating unique and innovative desserts. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and training junior pastry chefs. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and prepare high-quality desserts and pastries according to recipes and customer requests
- Plan menus and dessert specials based on seasonal ingredients
- Maintain knowledge of current dessert trends to develop new ideas for the menu
- Train junior pastry chefs on techniques, recipes, and food safety procedures
- Manage inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed
- Ensure all desserts are presented in an attractive manner and meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain proper sanitation practices

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique dessert ideas
- Strong knowledge of different dessert techniques, flavors, and presentation styles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines for dessert orders
- Strong communication skills to effectively train junior pastry chefs
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Degree or certification in culinary arts or related field is preferred
