Part-time Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Part-time Administrator to join our team in Al-Malikiyah. As a Part-time Administrator, you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks and providing support to our team on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Coordinating travel arrangements for staff members
- Handling basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels
- Assisting with the organization of company events or meetings
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The expected salary for this role is 1700$ per month.
