Junior Administrator
As a Junior Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This is an entry-level position suitable for fresh graduates or individuals with minimal experience.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Filing and maintaining organizational documents, both physical and electronic
- Scheduling appointments and meetings, as well as coordinating conference room bookings
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and bill payments
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels
- Other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of office software (e.g. Microsoft Office)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Prior experience in an administrative role is an asset but not required
Location: Dar Kulaib, Bahrain (applicants must have a valid biometric passport)
Salary: $1100 USD/month (accommodation not provided)
