Waiter/Waitress



We are a busy restaurant in El-Ain looking for a friendly and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
- Handle any customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and ensure proper table setup
- Assist with restocking supplies and inventory management
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Must have own visa and accommodation
- Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
