Retail Merchandiser for Indian Nationals in El-Ain, Egypt


A leading retail company in El-Ain, Egypt is seeking a talented and motivated Retail Merchandiser to join our team. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and achieve business goals
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Ensure proper stock levels are maintained by monitoring inventory levels and placing orders when necessary
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop appealing displays that attract customers' attention
- Monitor competitors' products and pricing to stay competitive in the market
- Train and manage a team of merchandisers to execute merchandising plans effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Retail Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising techniques, and visual standards
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent English speaker
- Indian national preferred
