Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager for our Indian restaurant located in Bayan. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, from managing staff to ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage a team of servers, cooks, and other restaurant staff
- Create schedules and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain high standards of food quality and service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote the restaurant through various channels

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar setting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine is preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Must be able to work well under pressure
- Experience with inventory management software is a plus
