Entry Level Executive Chef
Location: Manama, Bahrain
We are in need of an Entry Level Executive Chef to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As an Entry Level Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that all dishes meet our high-quality standards. Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and implementing menus that showcase seasonal ingredients and meet customer preferences
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes, portion control, and presentation specifications
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, sanitation practices, and safety procedures
- Monitor food inventory levels and place orders when necessary to maintain adequate supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen at all times
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a line cook or sous chef preferred but not required
- Passion for cooking with a desire to learn new techniques and cuisines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills to effectively train and supervise kitchen staff
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, or split shifts as needed
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.
