Resort Manager vacancy in UAE

A top level coffee shop in Erbil International Airport, Iraq is looking for:

- Barista Supervisor (for Café)

*The outlets serve alcohol. Please make sure you have no issue working with alcohol.*

You must be experienced in coffee shops (such as Starbucks, Costa Café, etc.).

*Nationality:* Any, except Pakistan, Bangladesh and African nationalities due to visa unavailability.

*SALARY: TOTAL USD 800 per month (Salary paid in IQD Iraqi Dinars)*

+ free accommodation, free transportation

+ tips (there is a tips box for all and it is distributed once in a month)

+ bonus (up to 100USD per month, depends on reaching the targets each months)

+ employee of the month ($50 reward)

*WORKING HOURS:* 12 hours daily

*DAY OFF:* 1 day off in a week

*WORK LOCATION:* Inside of the Erbil International Airport, Iraq, a coffee shop

*Accommodation location:* the accommodation is located in a private compound called ATCONZ, Erbil, Iraq (just 10 minutes driving from the airport);

*Contract Duration:* 3 years

*Vacations:* Every 1,5 years for 30 days. The company will pay for leave air ticket Erbil-home country-Erbil.

*Social Security:* As per Iraq rules and labor department (Law No. 39 of 1971), all workers must have social security. Social security is a total of 17% from your basic salary (12% is to be paid by the company and 5% is to be paid by the employee), on monthly basis. The company will deduct 5% from your BASIC salary every month USD 12.9 (fully refundable by the end of the contract).

*Security Deposit:* The Company will deduct one month salary in 10 installments, each installment 10% of your total monthly salary ( USD 80 each month x 10 months = USD 800). This amount will be refunded to the employee in full when he/she leaves the company without causing any damage.
