Floral Designer


We are seeking a creative and talented Floral Designer to join our team in Sharjah. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements for various events and occasions. Your main duties will include selecting, cutting, arranging, and caring for flowers while ensuring that each arrangement meets the client's specifications and budget. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels and managing orders. This position is open to Indian nationals and does not require English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Select and purchase high-quality flowers from suppliers according to seasonality and budget
- Create unique and beautiful floral arrangements for weddings, funerals, parties, and other events
- Maintain knowledge of current floral trends and techniques
- Ensure proper care of flowers by trimming stems, changing water, and adding preservatives
- Manage inventory levels by ordering necessary supplies in a timely manner
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for floral arrangements
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing any concerns or requests
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Florist or Floral Designer
- A creative eye for design with excellent knowledge of different flower types
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is an asset

Salary:
The salary for this position is 900$ per month.
