A reputable flower shop in Sharjah is seeking a skilled and creative Florist to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for designing and arranging beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and other special events. Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating unique floral arrangements based on clients' requests
- Maintaining inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and other floral supplies
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting clients in selecting the perfect floral designs
- Taking care of the shop's display of flowers to ensure they are always fresh and appealing
- Managing orders from start to finish including delivery or pickup arrangements
- Collaborating with other team members to come up with new and creative ideas for floral designs

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a florist preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care instructions
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi/Urdu is a plus)
- Physically fit to handle lifting and carrying heavy flower arrangements
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this position starts at 1000$ per month (based on experience) plus commission on sales.
