Junior Florist

We are looking for a talented and passionate Junior Florist to join our team in Isa Town. As a Junior Florist, you will be responsible for assisting in creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, parties, and other events. This is a contract job perfect for students or individuals without prior experience in the field. We offer accommodation and welcome candidates from any nationality with a valid biometric passport. Responsibilities:
- Assist senior florists in creating unique and stunning floral arrangements
- Prepare and arrange flowers according to client's preferences and event theme
- Ensure proper care and handling of flowers to maintain their freshness and quality
- Clean and maintain work area, tools, and equipment
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their orders and inquiries

Requirements:
- No prior experience required but passion for floristry is a must
- Basic knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care techniques is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills and customer service-oriented mindset
- Must be physically fit as the job requires standing for long periods of time, bending, lifting, etc.
- Students or individuals with flexible schedules are preferred

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Accommodation: Provided by the company

Location: Isa Town (transportation will be provided if needed)

Contract length: 6 months with potential for extension based on performance
