Construction Manager - Salalah, Oman


We are in need of an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in the city of Salalah, Oman. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process. This includes managing budgets and timelines, hiring and overseeing subcontractors and workers, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, including budget estimates and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project designs are feasible and meet quality standards
- Hire and manage subcontractors and construction workers on site
- Monitor project progress to ensure timelines are met and work is completed according to specifications
- Oversee procurement of necessary materials and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Regularly report project status to upper management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management role
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, equipment, and safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills with ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with various stakeholders
- Proficient in project management software
- Ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines

Salary: We offer a competitive salary package of $1400 per month.
