The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in construction management and a bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgeting, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and reporting project progress to stakeholders. The candidate should have excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and liaise with clients. Visa sponsorship is available for non-Omani candidates. Salary is competitive at 1500$ per month.
