Job Title: Junior Construction Manager


We are in search of a highly motivated and determined individual to join our team as a Junior Construction Manager in Salalah. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.

As a Junior Construction Manager, you will work closely with senior management and project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your main duties will include preparing project schedules, managing subcontractors and suppliers, coordinating site activities, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is eager to learn and grow in the construction industry. While prior experience is not required, a degree in engineering or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior management in developing project budgets and schedules
- Oversee subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Coordinate site activities such as equipment deliveries, inspections, and installations
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- Collaborate with project teams to identify potential risks or delays and develop contingency plans
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations on-site
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding project updates

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- A valid driver's license
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work full time and occasionally on weekends as needed
